Digital Production Control
A cheese dairy wanted to replace its paper-based production control system with a fully digital solution. Previously, the process steps from milk reception to the finished cheese batch were only partially connected, making consistent analysis of production data difficult.
We developed the complete control system for the entire production process. The process is divided into two parts: the first part includes milk storage, milk treatment and cheese production up to and including the cheese press. In the second part, the cheeses are weighed and stored in a brine bath for a defined period.

With Advatcon, we connect these two process stages and consolidate the data in the cloud: the milk volume from the first stage and the weight from the second stage. All relevant measurements and process data are now assigned to the corresponding batch number and stored centrally.
This enables the dairy to perform meaningful calculations across the entire production process, such as yield analysis or verification of target weight achievement for each batch. All batch-related data remains accessible and traceable for many years. Paper-based documentation is eliminated entirely, significantly improving transparency, traceability and efficiency in production control.
