Driven by his passion for technology and automation, Lukas Staedler founded Staedler Automation AG (“Staedler”) in 2009.
The first systems were developed by a small team operating from various locations across Eastern Switzerland. Through continuous development and a strong commitment to quality, the company has grown steadily over the years. In 2019, Staedler moved into its modern headquarters in Henau, providing ideal facilities for engineering, assembly, and commissioning.
Today, Staedler employs more than 45 specialists in software engineering, hardware engineering, and mechanical design. This enables the company to deliver even large and complex machine and plant engineering projects entirely in-house and to provide long-term support throughout their lifecycle.
