Advatcon, our digital production service, creates transparency, control, and traceability throughout the entire production process.
All relevant process parameters are stored centrally and over the long term, creating a consistent data basis for visualizations and analyses. Historical data can be accessed at any time and used for root cause analysis, process validation, or the traceability of individual production batches.
Continuous monitoring of defined production parameters ensures that deviations are detected immediately. Automatic alerts – including notifications to mobile devices – enable rapid intervention before minor irregularities develop into costly issues.
A configurable dashboard clearly displays all relevant production KPIs. The visualization can cover individual machine modules as well as complete production lines, enabling quick identification of bottlenecks, trends, and deviations.
Based on aggregated data, potential for increasing efficiency, improving quality, and sustainably optimizing processes can be systematically identified.
Data Acquisition & Archiving
Production parameters such as machine data, environmental data, energy data, and other KPIs are collected via OPC UA and securely stored in the cloud via a VPN connection. The data is centrally managed and reliably available for several years. When required, it can be easily exported in common formats and processed further in downstream systems.
Visualization
Customizable dashboards provide a clear and intuitive overview of all data relevant for daily operations – such as production targets, utilization trends, or deviations. This ensures that the information required for well-founded decisions is always available at a glance. The dashboards can be accessed both as a web application on a computer and conveniently on a smartphone while on the move.
Batch Traceability & Production Reports
Collected production and process data can be clearly assigned to individual batches and comprehensively analyzed. This creates a digital production report that consolidates all relevant information in a clear and structured format. This ensures complete traceability and provides a reliable foundation for continuous improvement.
Production Monitoring with Alarm Management
Deviations from defined normal values are detected at an early stage and automatically reported via email or SMS. The alarm system is flexibly configurable and can be divided into different alarm levels and priorities.
